The AirX2 Wireless Transmitter sends audio from a receiver or preamplifier to compatible ELAC subwoofers and speakers over a 2.4 GHz wireless link, removing the cable run so they can be placed where they sound best. ELAC lists it as compatible with the Varro RS500, RS700, DS1000 and DS1200, the Navis Series, and the Muro SUB2010 and SUB2020. Sold each.
Up to three receivers can pair with one transmitter, at a range of up to 25 feet (7.62 m); ELAC designed it for single-room use. It takes a stereo RCA input, from a receiver's LFE/subwoofer output or from left and right pre-outs, and runs from the included AC power supply.
