- Returns are accepted only within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: opened software, digital downloads, and custom or special order items.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@audiowarehouse.ca within the 30-day period.
- Provide your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges:
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
