**1. Shipping Methods and Rates**
- **Free Shipping:** Available for all orders within Canada, excluding northern regions. The cost of shipping is automatically covered by us.
- **Expedited Shipping:** Available upon request for an additional fee. Delivery times and rates vary based on destination.
- **International Shipping:** Currently not available. We only ship within Canada.
**2. Processing Time**
- **Order Processing:** Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
- **Order Confirmation:** You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.
**3. Shipping Restrictions**
- **Northern Areas:** Free shipping does not apply to remote northern regions of Canada, including but not limited to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Shipping to these areas may incur additional charges, and delivery times may be longer.
- **P.O. Boxes:** We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
- **Oversized Items:** Some large or heavy items may have shipping restrictions or additional fees.

- While we aim to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier delays, or high demand may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
